For registered migration agents
To stop all emails from us, use the unsubscribe link in any email we sent you. To correct your details or have them removed from our systems, email hello@visapilot.au with your name and MARN. Requests are actioned within 5 business days, and no reason is needed.
1. Where our agent information comes from
We use the public register of migration agents published by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA): an agent's name, MARN, business name, suburb, state and business email address. We never use or publish street addresses. Agents who join our network also give us the details on the sign-up form. We don't buy lists or use private databases.
2. What we use it for
- Finding the registered migration agents closest to a person who asked us for help
- Sending those agents the enquiry, so the person can be helped
- Checking an agent's MARN when they apply to join our network
We don't publish a list or directory of agents. We are not affiliated with the OMARA or the Department of Home Affairs, and an introduction from us is not an endorsement.
3. Emails to agents
When someone near you asks for help and no agent in our network matches, we may email a small number of the closest registered agents, because the enquiry relates directly to their work. Every email:
- comes from Visa Pilot and identifies who sent it and how to contact us
- contains a working unsubscribe link that stops all future emails to that address
- links to a page explaining why you received it
We contact each firm about at most one new enquiry every two weeks.

visapilot.au is operated by Keinu. We are not a registered migration agent and we do not provide immigration assistance. You can reach us at hello@visapilot.au.
